Senior Mining Engineer/Relieving Open Cut Mine Manager International

International commute 40 days on 20 days off (travel time is own time) or resident. Anticipated that the successful candidate will have about 8/9 years experience with a high proportion in open pit planning preferably within a gold mine. The client company utilises Medsystem/ Minesight, XPAC7, 4X so exposure to these packages is preferred. Responsibilities include pit and dump design for life of mine, scheduling, compilation of open pit operating budget, supervision and development of Junior Mining Engineers. This staff position is to be filled as soon as possible. Applicants must be tolerant of other cultures and team oriented. Australian residency not required.
