Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

You are required to co-ordinate the provision of capital works programmes relating to the Building the Education Revolution Primary Schools for the 21st Century within the region.

Due to increased public sector workload we are currently seeking Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors (senior level) to be based in their Sydney’s multiple offices.

The projects will be diverse in terms of size and nature and candidates with specialist or general expertise are required. Previous experience within the public sector would be a definite advantage.

Quantity Surveyor -

You will have a proven track record of cost management of building projects from feasibility/option studies through to detailed cost planning and post contract cost management. You must be an experienced surveyor and suitable candidates must have a recognised quantity surveying degree and ideally be chartered.

Project Manager -

You will have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of construction project management with experience of various forms of procurement, management of the project team and construction programmes. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally chartered, candidates must hold a construction related qualification and have a proven track record in successful project delivery.
