Our Client is lookinf for Drilling Superintendent for thier Netherlands based operations. ? Supervise well site operations personnel. ? Ensure all drilling campaigns are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. ? Ensure all drilling campaigns comply with local regulatory requirements. ? Establish operations plans, contingency plans and emergency response plans for all operations. ? Develop and implement campaign management plan. ? Coordinate the drilling tendering and contracting process. ? Provide drilling operations support to the well program preparation. ? Coordinate and monitor all well site activities and logistics support. ? Identify, implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives. ? Liase with contractors, authorities and partners. ?
