POSSESSION MANAGER

3 year fixed term Immediate start Rail infrastructure projectOur client is responsible for the construction of a large road and rail infrastructure project in 's South West.

The project will include:

Reconfiguration of existing RailCorp train station platforms. Construction and integration of new rail track. Construction of new multi-story commuter car park. Extension of existing commuter car park. Construction of new drainage facilities. Construction of new footbridge and new bicycle/pedestrian facilities. Construction of new transport interchange including bus facilities. Improved road layout modifications and new road flyover. Other various related civil work.
They seek a Possession Manager with the following;

Prepare, plan and oversee the track possession process across multiple projects/programs of works, ensuring adherence to procedures for possession management and timely possession implementation A tertiary qualification in Engineering or similar discipline from a recognised institution At least five years rail and civil engineering experience in the area of railway possessions Knowledge of different types of railway possessions incorporating resource allocation for major infrastructure projects An understanding of the requirements of working in brown field sites in live rail corridors Knowledge of and experience in engineering track work Possession assignment systems and possession planning systems Knowledge of legislation, policy, processes and practices involved in the delivery of major rail infrastructure projects
Initially this role will commence in Chatswood for 3 months with the site work on location in south western

This is a permanent position lasting for 3 years
