Use your commercial skills to develop a world?s best practice system and mitigate risks. This role will offer you the ability to make a real difference to this organisation in a unique environment.

Our client is highly successful National ASX listed business with diverse business units. They have recently acquired this business, and are looking to move the systems and procedures to best practice in line with their other units. This civil business is poised for significant growth and your role will be critical to its success.

Your role will be to gain an in-depth understanding of the current contractual agreements in place and identify potential risks. You will develop best practice standardised sub contract arrangements across major / minor suppliers and plant hire. You will also work closely with members of corporate to upgrade the IT and project reporting systems. Due to the seniority of this role, you will report directly to the State Manager. The Procurement and CA practices will also need to be reviewed and upgraded.

The preference for this role is for someone who has a high degree of commercial awareness, but also understands that relationships with clients are of key importance. This business is poised to undertake a significant growth path, and this is your opportunity to join as part of the senior executive team and make your mark. A QS background would be highly regarded but not essential.
