This International and well branded Mining organisation with its head office in Brisbane is looking for Operations Managers or Senior Site Executives (SSE) to manage a large and complex mine in Queensland

The organisation is one of the top most diversified Metals & Mining organisations in the world who continue to grow and create value over the long term, forming mutually beneficial partnerships with stakeholders. Working out of the QLD site reporting to a general manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Accountable for leading a large and complex coal mine and a team of managers and technical specialistsEnsure all production and budgetary targets and deadlines are metProvide on going leadership and development of the operation complemented by contributing to the senior management teamEnsure compliance of company policies & government legislation across the entire operation are adhered to.Responsible for all Safety, Health and Environmental operations of the mineRequirements:

Qualified Mining Engineer with minimum of a degree qualificationSuccessful and extensive track record in managing and developing a large mining operationAble to lead and earn the respect of the existing mining team/operationPreferably your experience will be in the coal industry, however will consider exceptional metalliferous candidates Must be energetic, decisive and a high achieve with a passion for the mining industryIn return:
