Think Purpose
As a key supervisory member of the Process Control Instrumentation and Communication Team, your prime focus will be the supervision and daily planning of the Olympic Dam Process Control Shift Team. You will be instrumental in ensuring safe achievement of the departments KPI targets. Your teamwork with fellow supervisors and support of the Control Systems Team will ensure that the plant is achieving optimum performance within budget.

Think Requirements
To excel in this role you will have excellent hands-on mentoring and supervisory experience with control system principles, programming and technology in particular SAP. A knowledge of budgeting and scheduling are important factors for success in this role. Your computer skills are excellent, particularly in regard to hardware, network and the Microsoft suite of products.
A relevant qualification and have solid experience with PLC/SCADA applications is desirable along with a practical background in mineral processing or similar heavy industry environment. With excellent communication skills and an ability to thrive under pressure, this challenging role offers a career path within this world class operation.
This is an Olympic Dam-based position on a 5/2 roster.
