Saraji is an open cut operation which uses draglines and truck and shovel fleets to expose, haul and produce over 8 mtpa of hard coking coal. Our employees live in Dysart - a modern town of 3,500, 240km from Mackay and the Whitsunday Coast.

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to provide support and assistance to the HR Department and other mine personnel.

Specific responsibilities will include the following:

• Compliance with the mine Safety and Health Management System

• Develop office trainee ensuring successful completion of Traineeship

• Act as First Priority administrator

• Provide assistance with HR work and projects

• Organise travel arrangements and company functions

• Fulfill administration requirements of the Quality System

To be successful in this role you will be self motivated and proactive and able to work within fast turnaround environments. Displaying initiative, you will be a strong communicator, whilst having the ability to successfully liaise with relevant senior level managers and operations staff.
