Singapore based roles - Operations

The Information Management Group Functions’ team based in Singapore is realigning its structure to ensure the successful execution of the IM 101 Strategy while supporting 1SAP in the operational environment and its defined operating model mandates.

As a result a number of key roles have become available across the newly identified Information Management streams: Projects, Operations, Governance & Compliance and Commercial. Below is a brief description of the roles we are sourcing.

OPERATIONS

Accountable for:

* Service delivery and operations teams across all partners, including service desk and the Integrated Management Layer (IML)
* Standard practices (eg ITIL) deployment
* SLA’s
* Transitioning projects to operations
* Systems maintenance and enhancements

Maintenance Manager

Reporting to GM Operations this role will have single point accountability and escalation point for day-to-day Operations issues across the Enterprise Services. This role will be also responsible for delivering stable, ongoing operation of all Enterprise Services at the levels agreed with the Outsource Service Providers.

Applications Specialist

Reporting to Maintenance Manager this role will have single point accountability for all day-to-day Operations issues with Enterprise Applications. This role will be also responsible for rapid identification and rectification of break/fix issues impacting Enterprise Applications stability.

Infrastructure Specialist

Reporting to Maintenance Manager this role will have single point accountability for all day-to-day Operations issues with Enterprise Infrastructure (excluding network). This role will be also responsible for rapid identification and rectification of break/fix issues impacting Enterprise Infrastructure stability (excluding the network).

Network Specialist

Reporting to Maintenance Manager this role will have single point accountability for all day-to-day Operations issues with the Enterprise Network. This role will be also responsible for rapid resolution and rectification of break/fix issues impacting the Enterprise Network stability (including Quality of Service and load balancing).

Incident Management Specialist

Reporting to Maintenance Manager this role will have single point accountability for the rapid identification and resolution of Incidents via the Incident Management Layer (IML) at the levels agreed with the Outsource Service Providers (including the IML, Enterprise Services Providers and Local Services Providers)

Applications Engineer

Reporting to Engineering Manager this role will have single point accountability for all engineering blueprint design changes within Enterprise Applications (excluding 1SAP). This role will also ensure the changes are based on business demand via the GPDOs and do not negatively impact operational stability.

Infrastructure Engineer

Reporting to Engineering Manager this role will have single point accountability for all engineering blueprint design changes within Enterprise Infrastructure. This role will also ensure the changes are based on business demand via the GPDOs and do not negatively impact operational stability.

Schedule Controller (Operations)

Reporting to Engineering Manager this role will have single point accountability for managing the Integrated Plan across the various enhancements being implemented within the Engineering team into the Operations environment without negatively impacting system stability. This role will be also responsible for tracking enhancement implementation according to the agreed schedule and notifying the relevant Engineer of risk of slippage prior pre-emptively.
