Singapore based roles - Governance & Compliance
The Information Management Group Functions’ team based in Singapore is realigning its structure to ensure the successful execution of the IM 101 Strategy while supporting 1SAP in the operational environment and its defined operating model mandates.
As a result a number of key roles have become available across the newly identified Information Management streams: Projects, Operations, Governance & Compliance and Commercial. Below is a brief description of the roles we are sourcing.

GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE
Accountable for:
* Compliance with all internal and external rules and regulations
* GLD’s
* All reporting internally and to external parties
* Group IM portfolio
* Architecture and security practice
* Compliance to standards
Applications Governance Manager
Reporting to the GM Governance & Compliance this role will have single point accountability for developing, defining and governing the five-year Enterprise Application strategy (excluding SAP) along with maintaining all necessary documentation including standards and roadmaps that define the Enterprise Application strategy.
Integrated Planning Manager
Reporting to the GM Governance & Compliance this role will have single point accountability for standardising the five-year plans across the Governance Managers into a comprehensive Enterprise Services strategy for Group IM, ensuring incremental strategies are not in conflict across the governance streams. The role will also manage the ongoing assessment of any updates to the Governance strategies to ensure they remain aligned across the portfolio of applications, infrastructure and security
Infrastructure Governance Manager
Reporting to GM Governance & Compliance this role will have single point accountability for developing, defining and governing the five-year Enterprise Infrastructure strategy (excluding SAP) aligned with BHP Billiton’s long-term business requirements, strategic intent and operating model.
SAP Governance Manager
Reporting to the GM Governance & Compliance this role will have single point accountability for developing, defining and governing the five-year Enterprise SAP strategy (both GSAP and 1SAP) aligned with BHP Billiton’s long-term business requirements, strategic intent and operating model. Using your technical expertise you will be ensuring that all Engineering Blueprint changes proposed via the GPDO to be implemented by the Applications Engineer (for GSAP) or 1SAP Engineer confirm to the principles of the Enterprise SAP strategy.
