As we increase our mine, rail and port capacity and develop new, high value-in-use products to provide steel makers with competitive advantages, there are extensive opportunities within the Asset Development Projects (ADP) team which present the ability to enhance your project secretarial and administration knowledge within a world class projects group well regarded and extensively recognised for our knowledge and technology.
This role will report to the Health, Safety & Risk Manager and the varied responsibilities of this diverse role will encompass the daily administration support of this highly motivated and busy team. Managing the database with precise accuracy for reporting purposes is a vital task along with an exceptionally high level of administration support and coordination. This role is pivotal in liaising with all of our stakeholders as well as site personnel to ensure smooth transition and reporting on a daily basis. HSEC administration experience within multi billion dollar projects within the resource sector will be highly regarded as will your outstanding time management skills, friendly, helpful and professional personality.
