Small, focused team Junior Exploration Company $150K - $180K + Super/Options
This junior exploration company is seeking an experienced Exploration Manager to oversee activities across their WA tenements. The company has a number of targets ranging from resource drill-outs - greenfield prospects. This is a newly created position and will provide the opportunity to assist in building the company's WA presence.

The Exploration Manager will take direct responsibility to the generation, planning and management of various exploration activities and this will range from early stage to advance projects. They have a number of commodities within their portfolio and require an 'adaptable' geologist who can work across a range of environments.

You will work closely with a Project Manager regarding the resource development at an iron ore project as well as having an 'autonomous' approach to the generation of new targets and exploration activities. It is expected you will enjoy taking a 'hands-on' approach to field work, while also having proven experience in the supervision and mentoring of junior geology & field staff.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, it is essential that you offer the following:

Tertiary Qualifications in Geology Experience across both greenfield & advanced exploration projects Some exposure to iron ore developments would be beneficial Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to work effectively from a 'satellite' office Sound computer skills, including some geological/resource modelling experience
The position is based in Perth and will require travel on a campaign basis. A salary range of $150K - $180K + Super and Options will be available and this will be determined by the relevant of experience offered.
