Our client is actively seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and support all key HR functions within the operation of the mine.

Responsibilities: Developing and implementing HR Best practices, Job analysis, HR Policies and Procedures, benefits administration, employee relations, staffing analysis, recruitment and talent management and assist in the development of strategic HR related practices.

Requirements: Human Resources degree with specialization or relative work experience. Seven years of progressive HR experience. Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
