Experiencing rapid growth, this quality construction business has a superb opportunity for a talented senior construction manager to join its team in a key management position.

Working across multiple projects in both the domestic and commercial arenas from conception to delivery, you will be responsible for all stages including scheduling, forecasts, project management and full client management ensuring quality outcomes on time and to budget.

To succeed in this exciting role you will be a qualified, energetic individual with a credible project/ construction career including strong site experience. You may have had an earlier career with a tier one builder; progressed to a smaller business and you would benefit from previous experience as a business owner.

This is a key role and requires an experienced, innovative and engaging all rounder. You should be well networked and combine a practical, hands-on ability and site credibility with an ability to offer strategic commercial thinking and superior client engagement.
