With a long, high profile history and billion's of dollars of work on hand, this defence engineering company is currently undertaking the largest alliance project of it's type. The project has major national significance already receiving widespread media coverage and has attracted over 500 people to the project.

In this critical site based role, you will be responsible for the output of a cross-disciplined team providing technical and materials support to sub-contractor activities in the construction and fabrication of complex steel structures. This encompasses overseeing all operational activities on site and working with the subcontractor to deliver a quality outcome, on-time, to budget with all contractual requirements successfully met.

To be successful in this role, your tertiary-degree level qualifications in engineering are essential, as is demonstrated experience delivering large, complex steel structures in a hands-on project/sub-contractor management function. Your ability to manage to contractors against tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to resolve technical problems in a deadline and results driven environment.
