Responsibilities
The selected candidate will analyze data and identify areas of productivity and profitability improvement for our Gillette Rebuild Shop. Most important will be your ability to assess current processes, resources and workflow. Then, collaborate with managers, other supervisors, leadment and hourly staff to build teams that affect cultural change. Other key functions include, but are not limited to:
* Establishing target metrics
*Preparing and executing detailed project plans
*Achieving buy-in
Qualifications
Qualified candidates are lean/team-builders with five years manufacturing experience (two to five years in direct line management). A background in SAP, routers and bills of material as well as Operation Process Improvement (i.e., Six Sigma, Value Strea, Kaizen, etc) is essential. Stong project management skills and the ability to interface and drive change at all levels of the organization will be a centerpiece to your success.
