Site Manager. High rise residential, 4 year project, Brisbane

4year project, residential medium to high rise, Brisbane based, Up to $160K pkg.

Manage a 4 year construction project - challenging but rewarding.
Salary package up to $160K for serious contenders.
With a senior management and construction team in place, the need for a highly experienced site manager to deliver a $60M plus quality residential medium to high rise project for the next 4years has become available.

As the core member of the site project team you will work with a dedicated contract administration team and will have the support of an experienced project manager. Your hands on approach will drive the day to day activities with responsibilities for project mobilisation through to completion. This project includes several medium rise residential apartment buildings to 10 storeys, a large multiuse building to suit hospitality activities and a number of associated external/civil works on a site that would be considered to have access and delivery challenges.

Key requirements will include excellent technical construction understanding (trade or tertiary qualifications), well developed communication & organisation skills, proven contractor and consultant management skills, committed OHS standards and experience in delivering projects in the commercial and medium rise residential market. Previous experience in working for a builder developer and the ability to manage multiple stages or sites at one time will place you in a strong position.
