To match the needs of our rapidly expanding global customer base, we are seeking a Product Manager Maintenance Systems - Mining in our world headquarters in Tucson, Arizona.
As a Product Manager you will manage the entire product life cycle for the maintenance systems product line from identification of need through development, product introduction, growth, maturity, etc. You will be responsible for creating a competitive strategy; evaluating, specifying and prioritizing product features; supporting a global sales team; managing customer satisfaction; and optimizing revenues and profitability for the product line.
The successful applicant must have a mining or mine-mechanical engineering degree as well as experience with remote condition monitoring/telemetry, plus demonstrated skills in at least one of the following: maintenance planning, CMMS, RCM, and/or Root Cause Failure Analysis. Experience with the maintenance of haulage and loading fleets is highly desired. Previous product management experience a plus. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet aggressive deadlines, balance technical and business requirements, perform ROI financial analysis, and provide strong leadership in a team matrix environment, are required. Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills are essential. Some international travel will be required. Some domestic relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
