Project Manager

Our client is an international development group, owning and managing commercial assets across Australia. They have a number of new developments coming on line and we are recruiting a Project Manager to manage infrastructure and building delivery of greenfield sites. This is a purely clientside role, reporting to the General Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Engage and manage a team of consultants and contractors

* Provide constructability and design input into feasibility stages with the development team

* Develop relationships with and liaise with appropriate authorities

* Prepare tender documents and review packages for civil and D&C building contractors

* Manage the construction contract

* Liaise with tenants as required

Projects will be commercial and industrial up to approximately $100m.
To be considered for this role you should have 5-10 years experience in project delivery of infrastructure (essential) and building (preferred) projects, with an understanding of costing, scheduling and planning. Candidates with a consultancy, contractor, or developer background will be considered. A degree in civil engineering is highly preferred.
