This is a great entry level opportunity for a suitably experienced individual to show case their skills in a demanding and challenging environment. Your background in marketing, communication, change management together with relationship building will ensure your success in this role.
Think Purpose
Information Management (IM) deliver projects that have the potential to significantly impact the way people perform their roles. In this role you will work on general communication plans for the effective delivery of the change management component of the IM portfolio of projects. This will include the engagement of stakeholders, targeted communication (internal newsletters), training to assist in ensuring behavioural and cultural change.
Think Requirements
You will have a background in marketing or communications with a change management focus ideally gained in the mining or heavy industry environments. Your strong communication and organisation skills coupled with your ability to lead change will be key to this role. You will have exposure to IM projects although this is not essential.
