Reporting to the Human Resources Superintendent - Systems, your responsibilities will include:
* Compilation and analysis of statistical information for Corporate, Human Resources and operations departments,
* Managing the Human Resources Information Systems (SAP) for the BWAPL,
* Processing new hire, employee management, terminations, accurately and timely by the agreed Payroll deadlines,
* Control and maintain Organisation structure and Position integrity within SAP
* Provide advice to line management and HR on employee benefits and entitlements,
* Coordination and compilation of the annual workforce planning and revisions as required,
* Continuous improvement of procedures and work instructions for SAP,
* Conduct training in HR module units as required,
* participating in the Human Resource Services department’s strategic plan activities and formation of HR Policies/Procedures,
* Assist with the Coordination and implementation the annual salary review process for site,
* Liaise with on site HR SAP programmer on modification and upgrades,
* Assist with Worsley’s preparation for the 1 SAP upgrade.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* An overriding commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement,
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills,
* Extensive experience with Human Resource Information Systems (SAP would be advantageous),
* Formal qualifications in Human Resources or related field,
* The proven ability to champion change,
* Experience with Payroll, Super and Taxation systems,
* Excellent communication skills, a customer service orientation and a demonstrated high level of discretion and confidentiality.
