KEMAMAN BITUMEN COMPANY SDN BHD (KBC) is operating an oil refinery in Kemaman, Terengganu, primarily to produce bitumen and other oil products.We are looking for a suitable qualified candidate to fill the following position:

Finance Manager
(Kuala Lumpur - Sri Hartamas)

Responsibilities:
* Preparation of the periodic financial and management reports
* Implement Budgeting and forecasting and variance reporting.
* Effective cash flow management i.e forecasting, and treasury management for the company.
* Responsible for credit control and other financial risk management
* Ensures legal and regulatory compliance with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements imposed by the regulatory bodies.
* Tax planning and compilation of tax schedules.
* Liaise with tax agents, solicitors/lawyers, bankers, auditors & other statutory bodies/authorities pertaining to financial/accounting matters.
* Manage external relationship with bankers, auditors and legal professionals and other relevant external contacts.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accountancy or Professional Degree such as ACCA or equivalent and a member of MIA.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Managers specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
* Familiar with SAP accounting software.
* Possess good knowledge of accounting principles and standards
* Self-starter with a high level of diligence and ability to work on own initiative
