We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor who is capable of managing a diverse portfolio ranging from operator level positions to senior technical roles. Involvement across whole of business and the chance to be involved in improvement initiatives will ensure that you wont be bored.
Think Purpose
Your primary responsibilities will be the provision of end to end recruitment services across all of our operating sites as well as the Perth corporate office. In addition to this you will also be accountable for the management of external provider’s when required as well as undertaking project work to support the activity of the department.
Think Requirements
If you can establish good relationships with hiring managers, are committed to providing high quality services, coupled with the ability to manage within processes and systems then this could be the role for you. Some site travel will be required.
