Mt Keith Operation
Mt Keith Operation is located 460 kilometres north of Kalgoorlie in the Northern Goldfields. Mt Keith Operation is a surface mining operation with an open pit and concentrator plant. The operation is surrounded by pastoral stations, with the nearest townships being Leinster and Wiluna.
There’s plenty to keep you entertained in the Mt Keith Village. Take the heat off the day and head to the pool - or join in a game of footy. BBQ dinners are regularly held and other social activities include live bands and movie nights. Think Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Controls Engineer, the purpose of this role is to lead the project electrical team in the delivery of the execution of electrical scopes within capital projects and the asset integrity maintenance program, and also provide an electrical maintenance service to the fixed plant maintenance team.
The primary aim of this service is to achieve a safe and reliable operation. In providing this service you will:
* Undertake resource planning and supervision.
* Scoping, planning, scheduling and execution of these works.
* Procurement of materials and equipment.
* Ensure all works are completed to the necessary engineering and statutory requirements.
Think Requirements
You will be a suitably experienced and qualified individual in the field of Electrical & Instrumentation and have had relevant experience in a project or fixed plant maintenance leadership / supervisory role.
You must be familiar with computer based maintenance systems, budgeting and cost management systems.
Advanced communication skills are a must as you will be required to liaise with personnel at all levels of the business on regular occasions. Coaching and facilitating skills are essential as will be the ability to utilise influencing skills to influence key personnel across different work functions.
You will also be involved in resource development and manpower allocation of tasks and setting up processes and systems.
A current WA Drivers Licence and Electrical Trade Certificate are essential.
