An expanding Marine Engineering Company in Tuas has new vacancies for:

QC MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
* To establish, implement and maintain a documented Quality Management System which ensures a consistent high level of quality and performance throughout the company’s activities.
* To maintain compliance with the related international standards and ensure renewal and continuity of Accreditations.
* Plan, implement and maintain a suitable audit program of the company’s Quality Management System.
* Assist and support departmental management on quality, safety and environmental issues.
* Liaise with local governmental municipality officials on issues relating to Health and Safety.
* Ensure that the working conditions of all employees are safe, satisfactory and in compliance with local labour laws and practices.
* Plan and execute a comprehensive training program for all levels of the workforce and management.

Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* 5 years experience in QAQC management in marine/ Oil and Gas industry.
* Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multi-task as well as a team player.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Matured PR/Singapore Citizen only.
* Able to commence immediately.
