Project Cost Controller (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities:
* Update actual / plan Expenditure Profile on a monthly basis to client
* Forecast / capture payments from vendors / subcontractors for the monthly invoicing to client
* Review invoices to make sure that free of errors and cost are being captured in Project Budget with correct WBS code
* Review Work Orders / Purchase Orders to make sure that free of errors and cost are being captured in Project Budget with correct WBS code
* Budget setup, allocation and re-forecast according to WBS structure and ensure costs are within Project Budget via ProjecTool
* Generate Variation Orders / Update Variation Orders Status
* Generate Monthly Project Cost Report to Management
* Monitor, tracking, review and forecast project cost and expenses all the time
* Errors finding and troubleshoot any abnormalities on cost reporting data and liaise with other departments
* Close monitoring of project Manning plan, review, forecast, discuss and update
Requirements:
* Diploma / Degree in Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferable in offshore industry
* Project Management or Project Cost Control certification
* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
