HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Complete process from job vacancy through placement involving job advertisement, liaising with recruitment agencies, short-listing candidates for interview, conducting interview, selection of candidates, job offer and conducting induction program.
Training coordination
Liaising with department heads to develop training needs analysis, assist to establish total company training plan, coordinating training activities, evaluation of training programs and maintenance of training records.
Occupational Health and Safety
Maintaining, updating, filing and retrieving records relating to occupational health & safety, e.g. medical records, safety records, insurance claims, etc.
Reviewing and updating job descriptions taking into account hazards associated with the jobs by going to the shop-floor to interview job-holders and understand their concerns, where required.
Requirements:
* Diploma in any Engineering discipline or Human Resource Management
* Preferably with 1 - 2 years of HR experience
* Well-versed in MS Office
* Good positive attitude and willing to learn
* Responsible, pro-active and persevering
