Projects Executive / Coordinator
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* To assist the Projects Manager in the various aspects of tender contract administration, tenders monitoring, sourcing of new projects and attending site show rounds and meetings.
* To take off builder’s quantities and prepare simple tender documents to invite quotations and evaluate suppliers/subcontractors’ pricings
* To interact with suppliers/contractors to discuss on specifications, contractual terms and conditions and work schedules
* To handle all contractual and claims matters including preparation of contractual correspondences.
* To assist in the preparation of site meeting minutes, Management reports and update of tenders/projects status.
* Any other duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when directed by the Management.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Job role in Project Management or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
