Commercial Business Manager

Due to expansion of their business our client now requires a Commercial Business Manager to join their team. The role is based on a tropical, safe and family orientated Pacific Rim island, just a short flight from Australia.

The following are some of the primary duties that will required of the successful candidate:

* Project financial management of operations
* Preparation and consolidation of financial reports on a monthly basis with commentary against budget variances
* Preparation of weekly cash flows - debtors & creditors management, inventory/supply chain.
* Analysis and review all contract conditions to ensure 100% compliance - capture any lost revenue opportunities
* Business plan preparation for all areas of operation
* Contract negotiation and financial preparations for the negotiations
* Client Liaison and preparation of commercial quotations

To be considered for this role you will possess the following:

Preferably university degree educated (Business / Commerce / Accounting / Management or related field).
Mining industry specific experience in a senior managerial role. The experience could be either direct management or contracting with connections to the service side of the industry.
Experience of managing a large team (100+) over multi disciplined operations.
Demonstrated leadership skills & ability.

Whilst this initially is a FIFO role, longer term there is potential for the role to become residential with family style accommodation offered.
