Listed on the Mainbroad of Hong Kong stock exchange, Brightoil Petroleum (Holdings) Limited is a dynamic company specialized in petroleum business and international trading with headquarter in Hong Kong and extensive operations in major cities of China and Singapore. We now invite high caliber candidate to join our company in the following role.

HR Executive
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing the full spectrum of Human Resource matters
* Strong in whole recruitment process
* Process, renewal and cancel work pass applications for foreign employees (ie. Employment Pass, Dependant Pass, LTSVP and S pass)
* E-filing of monthly CPF contributions
* File online tax clearance (Form IR8A & IR21)
* Monitor claims and administer staff benefit schemes
* Overall HR Administration
* Other ad-hoc duties assigned by HR Manager

Requirements:
* Minimum diploma to degree from multiple disciplines though experience in HR will be an advantage.
* Minimum 5 years of working experiences in Human Resource & Administration
* Good knowledge in Singapore Government Law
* Knowledge in Peoplesoft will be an added advantage
* Able to work independently and a good team player
* Proficient in both English and Chinese, spoken and written and knowledge of Cantonese would be an advantage.
