General Manager / Chief Executive Officer

* Exciting opportunity to join a well established Aviation Company
* Position based in Balikpapan

Our client is currently expanding their operations throughout South East Asia and the Pacific Region and will be introducing aircraft to their fleet. They are seeking an experienced General Manager / Chief Executive Officer to manage the Rotary Wing fleet and the introduction of Fixed Wing operations.

Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:

* Experience and understanding directly related to management of operations with both Rotary Wing and fixed wing aircraft
* Demonstrated management skills including leading and motivating a team, accountancy and general financial administration
* Experience in managing a multinational / multicultural team
* Working knowledge of the Mining and Petroleum Industries would be an advantage but not essential
* Marketing and business development knowledge

This position will be based in Balikpapan, Indonesia and reports directly to the Managing Director. An attractive remuneration package including accommodation, vehicle and airfares will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
