Our client is an Australian-based company and are a publicly listed on both the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and the London Stock Exchange (AIM). With gold production and exploration activities in Papua New Guinea, they are also involved in the construction of gold producing infrastructure and have plans to double their gold production over the next 3 years.

They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Site Manager who will manage the critical operational areas of volume, cost and safety. This role represents an excellent career path.

To be considered you will need to possess a high level of energy and enthusiasm and will want to "own" the role. You will be required to "drive" Heads of Department to achieve desired outcomes.

An excellent remuneration package is on offer + performance bonus. Comfortable roster of 28 days on x 14 days off is on offer.
