The Head Office of the Company is located at Dammam in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and has a network of branches in all the major cities of the Kingdom. They offer their clients state-of-the-art technology solutions to the oil and gas, refining, chemicals and petrochemicals and power generation sectors throughout the Kingdom. Major clients are Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), Al-Khafji Joint Operations (KJO), SABIC Affiliates, Royal Commission and numerous privately funded enterprises. Our client is controlled by an experienced management team with clear delineation of individual responsibility and authority. The safety, quality control/quality assurance, management, estimation, planning, scheduling, cost control, execution, testing & pre-commissioning and commissioning of projects are effectively managed by qualified, trained and experienced personnel by adopting the latest techniques, tools and internationally proven standards and procedures. They have the infrastructure, other construction provisions and owns a variety of standard and special types of equipment to meet the demands of large and medium scale EPC, LSTK and LSPB projects.
They are currently seeking a DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER.
à Candidates should have Masters/BSC/or any equivalent degree in E&I/Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering with 15 years experience in LSTK/EPC Projects
à Thorough knowledge of construction management, contractual practices, inspection and safety standards in oil, gas and petrochemical field.
à The individual must have contractual awareness, planning with exceptional communication skills QA/QC (ISO9001-2000) & for safety OHSAS 18001 awareness
à Familiar with international codes and standards
à Familiar with Saudi Aramco & Saudi Electric Co. standards
Responsibilities
à Management of technical division in conformity with company policies and procedures to achieve its strategic objective, in particular, implementation of proper project planning, work execution, QA/QC and safety in line with ISO 9001 and OSHAS 18001 procedures as well as to meet client’s requirements and expectations.
à Monitor and control overall productivity and efficiency of all departments
à Change order management
à Awareness of the latest international and national standards, codes of practice and requirements.
à Ability to prepare the annual budget for each project and every technical sub-department.
à Ability to develop policies, strategic planning objectives, budget.
à Ability to carry out timely communications and to identify the required actions, [resent reports and important information to management and supervisory staff.
