Qualifications:
Technology school diploma in GIS, Survey, or Drafting
Minimum 8 years of work experience with data management for a natural gas pipeline system
Responsibilities:
Accountability for the quality and maintenance of specific sets of GIS cathodic protection facility data
Responsible for working with customers to ensure processes are in place to receive the cathodic protection facility data
Direct data maintenance of cathodic protection facility data
Quality Assurance and Quality Controls of GIS cathodic protection facility data
Development of yearly plans and budgets
Selecting and managing contractors
Coordination and data management of cathodic protection projects such as data integration or tools enhancements
Document standards and procedures
Respond, manage, and perform, adhoc data requests
Requirements:
Proven project management skills with the ability to lead by example
Strong analytical skills, capable of resolving problems independently
Able to make sound decisions based on research and analysis
Excellent communication and time management skills
Must be able to work effectively within a team environment
Knowledge in cathodic protection and data management
Ability to work effectively with ESRI GIS tools
