* Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions including Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Training, Industrial Relations, Performance Appraisals and others Office Administration.
* Supervise all matters relating to office management, administration, operations and maintenance of the Site Office to ensure effective utilization of the company s resources.
* Handling on disciplinary issues, staff counseling and grievances, termination and other employee relation matters in compliances with local labour laws.
* To motivate, to coach and to provide counselling and guidance to the HR & Admin team.
* Manage day to day operation and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* At least 12 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Mature, proactive, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good oral and written English and Bahasa. Mandarin and other dialects will be added advantage
* Preferable Chinese male candidate
* Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
* Analytical and able to work independently
* Able to work under pressure
