Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:
* In charge and responsible for all logistics and warehousing matters – liaise with transportation companies to ensure goods are shipped and received in a timely manner.\
* Responsible to maintain the Department Operating Procedures in compliance with ISO9001 requirements.
* Responsible for all warehouse operation – pick up, packing items for shipment.
* Manage and control inventory and responsible for goods inventory control.
* Responsible to ensure all shipping documentations (shipping invoice, internal delivery order, equipment movement order, AWB) are in order and documented.

Requirements:
* Candidate MUST possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics.
* MUST have good knowledge of logistics and warehousing matters – shipment schedules, customs clearance (outward/inward permit) process.
* MUST be good in report writing.
* Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
* MUST have at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* MUST have good and proven knowledge on Logistics and Warehousing matters.
* Applicants MUST be Malaysian citizens.
