We are an Engineering and construction company servicing in Oil & Gas Refinery, Petrochemical and Power General Industries. Due to our expansion, we wish to invite dedicated and self motivated individuals to apply the following position for Kuching site office, Sarawak.

PROJECT DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
(Sarawak - Kuching)

Responsibilities:
* Execute the assigned activities in accordance with the Disciplines and Guidelines following the instructions given by the Project Lead and the ISO 9000:2008 procedures.
* Expedite, receive and distribute all project documents and Drawings.
* File all related documentation and drawings in accordance to the instruction.
* Filling of all incoming documentation from the Engineering teams, vendors, suppliers, main contractors, sub-contractors and all the project team as directed.
* To monitor incoming and outgoing documents from the project team in terms of Engineering Documents and Data.
* To maintain and keep track of all in-coming and out-going documents such as documents from design, engineering, and vendors.
* To ensure that administrative documents, and records are identified and filed in accordance with the Quality System requirements.
* To ensure that the project file are kept in order and easy for traceability
* To ensure that administrative documents, registers and records are identified and filed in accordance with the Quality system requirements.
* Any other duties arising from time to time.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma.
* Minimum 2-3 years related working experience.
* Mature and able to work independently.
* Be able to communicate effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds.
