We are a consulting company, specialising in providing niche technology and engineering services to local and international Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical industry. In line with its business expansion, we are seeking for highly qualified candidates who are visionary and dynamic to be part of this leading company to apply for the following positions:
HR & ADMIN. MANAGER
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievances, counseling, payroll, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development and performance appraisal;
* Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development;
* Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales;
* Manage and develop direct reporting staff;
* Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organisation;
* Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance;
* Supervise all matters relating to office management, administration, operations and maintenance of the Office to ensure effective utilisation of the company resources; and
* Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Requirements:
* Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or other relevant majors;
* At least 5 year(s) experience in Human Resource;
* Good understanding of Malaysia labour laws, regulations and practices;
* Good command of written and oral Bahasa Malaysia and English;
* Excellent analytical and planning skills and
* Team player with high level of passion and enthusiasm.
