Major Maintenance Staging Coordinator

Work alongside the industry's best as a Staging Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and timely staging of materials and equipment to and from offshore facilities.

Through your specialist advice, support and guidance you will make a valued contribution to the safe and reliable operation of the Karratha Gas Plant and have the opportunity to deliver the accountabilities, some of which are listed below.

Key Accountabilities include:

* Pick materials based on PM work order requirements for major maintenance
* Hold materials in containers, bins and shelves
* Process deliveries, shipment requests and allocate to dedicated supply vessels
* Facilitate cyclone readiness of major maintenance materials
* Liaise with QA inspectors
* Maintain accreditation in movement of dangerous goods regulatory requirements
* Liaise with the major maintenance coordinators on material availability
* Control and track surplus materials and items returned from offshore
* Ensure cargo space footprint requirements are met
* Provide transport services to ensure emergency requirements are responded to
* Obtain and maintain competencies in forklift operation
* Assist rigging supervisor in hiring cranes and equipment (if required)
* Provide after hours support for Major Maintenance activities and support other groups as required
* Act as "first stop" help desk for any enquiries related to onshore staging
* Perform local purchasing role for provision of emergency staging supplies using credit card (should be very minimal)

* Relevant Materials Management experience
* Proficient in SAP
* Previous experience in the oil and gas industry
* A demonstrated ability in staging of materials and equipment to and from offshore facilities
