As one of the fastest growing contractors currently operating in Victoria my client is looking to expand and grow their business with experienced professionals joining their already well established and successful team.
They have a proven track record in the delivery of civil engineering infrastructure projects across major service areas incorporating; Transport infrastructure including road, rail, airports and onshore marine facilities; Water and wastewater infrastructure including dams, treatment plants and pipelines; Civil infrastructure for mining development including portals, haul roads, tailings dams; Urban development including roads and services, earthworks and pavements, landscaping. There is no limit to what this company is capable of, with divisions that span the entire civil market project scope is what drives the team forward.
With a project portfolio of this size and range you will be exposed to all major projects currently taking place here in Victoria. Established in Queensland and with offices nationally there is also the opportunity to work all over Australia once you have proved yourself delivering projects on-time and in budget.
They are looking for a site engineer with experience ranging from a high quality graduate, hitting top grades throughout their education, to a 1-3yrs experienced site engineer whose previous experience is strictly within a contractor. Your key responsibilities in this role will include....
Process monthly claims
Procurement of Subcontractors for contract works
Process monthly cost reports
Communicate program requirements to foreman and subcontractors
Identify critical lead times
Manage and program subcontractors
Liaise with clients and superintendents to manage the project effectively
