Project Coordinator - Project Coordinator/Cell Site/Construction 16-18 $/hr

IMMEDIATE NEED! Client seeks a Project Coordinator for a contract assignment in Salt Lake City, UT. Client requires candidates with prior project related (construction) experience. Experience with cellular/wireless projects is a plus. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities:

-> Assist project managers and team members with daily tasks including client reporting and communications
-> Maintain and update data, site and project status in multiple databases for tracking and reporting
-> Process and tracking of services and reports, including check requests and PO requests
-> Coordinate activities between Site Acquisition, Zoning, and Construction
-> Assist site acquisition staff in communications with title companies, engineers, surveyors, architects, legal, etc
-> Maintain hard copies of all documents, and deliverables; maintain and organize Remote Desktop files and folders
-> Assist Project Managers with material ordering and tracking

Requirements:

-> Associates degree, or relevant experience
-> 1+ years of experience in a project coordinator/project support role (engineering & construction, not manufacturing)
-> Prior experience with wireless communications / cellular projects preferred
-> Experience with project planning and tracking systems, including spreadsheets and web based databases preferred
-> Computer literate and strong knowledge of MS office, including Excel, MS Outlook
