A Senior Civil Project Engineer is urgently required for a major rail/ civil construction project in Sydney.

This exciting opportunity is with a major construction company on a challenging rail/ civil project which will be due for completion in 2011. The Senior Project Engineer will have a proven civils background and experience in the rail corridor is highly advantageous, albeit not essential. You will have a proven background working on major civil engineering construction projects in excess of $30 million, with solid bulk earthworks or structures experience.
The Senior Civil Project Engineer duties will consist of:
Sub Contractor Management
Client liaison
Trouble Shooting
Procurement
Method Statements
Progress Reporting
The role requires a dedicated Project Engineer who is looking to develop their career with a leading contractor. A tertiary civil engineering qualification is essential for the position and a minimum of 5 years project engineering experience with a top tier civil contractor is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to working for a highly reputable company with a full order book for NSW and opportunities for structured career development and career reward. Experience working for a top tier contractor in Australia is essential, with eligibility to work in Australia, those without this will not be considered.
