Senior Drilling Engineer

Location: South East Asia
Residential Senior Drilling Engineer required for initial 12 month contract based in South East Asia.

You will be accountable for the following:

Drilling & Completion program preparation and ensure that well designs are fit for purpose and will deliver safely, within budget meeting all objectives;
Preparation of individual well AFE's;
Review daily drilling reports for accuracy in respect of daily cost estimating;
Day-to-day supervision of technical issues in regards to drilling and completion operations;
Offshore trips as required to review drilling and completion operations with offshore staff;
Attend contract tender review committees;
Preparation of final well report ensuring all lessons learned are recorded for future application;
Deliver presentations to management, partners and government as required;

The ideal candidate will posses a Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Engineering or Geosciences and must be experienced in the full range of Drilling Engineering aspects.
