Safety Superintendent

Our client in the chosen EPCM for a major rail project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. They are seeking to appoint a site based Safety Superintendent to work on a FIFO basis.

You will be responsible for supervising the contracting companies and ensuring compliance with the safety plan. You will be reporting through to the overall HSE Manager and also be responsible for supervising Safety Supervisors.

You will need to have previous experience at Superintendent or Manager level and a track record of the supervision of other safety personnel on large scale construction projects. You will need at least 10 years total experience, with a high proportion within an EPCM project environment. Formal qualifications at a diploma level or higher are essential for this role.

You will be working on either a 11 days on, 3 days off roster or a 23 days on, 5 days off roster FIFO from Perth.
