This consultancy has a strong capability in surveying in both cadastral, construction and planning markets and have experienced significant organic growth in the past few years.
One of the best aspects of this firm is their strong retention rate that allows for strong forecast plan in the way of workload guarantees. (Have work on their books for the next 2 years +)
Due to a continued increase in client demand, they have an immediate need for an experienced survey drafter to work within their cadastral team to carry out subdivisional drafting. The requirement here is for someone technically strong with AutoCAD knowledge, and proven understanding of subdivisional plans.
You must have excellent communication and organisational skills as you will be dealing directly with clients, surveyors and councils in order to provide them cost effective solutions.
