THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a leading oil & gas energy company to provide a QC Engineer. One year renewable contract working 28/28 rotation. Trips to sites and other company facilities when required. Excellent daily rates.
THE PERSON
Minimum 5 years experience in a QA / QC role in the Oil and Gas Industry. Knowledge and experience of Completions Management Systems and database. Experience in operating electronic QC Monitoring systems. Experience in QC Inspection processes, disciplines and equipment and materials in the Oil and Gas industry. Ability to select personnel for assignments by review of resume and interview as appropriate for the assignment. Capable of coordinating and managing investigations and compliance reviews. Provide support to Company QC Inspection Process and deliver effective technical and administrative QC Certification and Inspection Coordination services in accordance with Quality Management and Project Business Goals and Objectives. Review and acceptance of Certification and Final Documentation submissions made by Contractors and Suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education to HNC level in an Engineering discipline or equivalence gained through training, experience and professional development. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. IT skills inputting data into information management system database. Fluent written and spoken English.
