Due to a large quantity of commercial construction projects coming through the business to tender locally our client is seeking to appoint a Commercial Estimator within their Inner Eastern Suburbs office.

To be successful in working for this market leading state based privately owned glass and aluminim company you will be an experienced Estimator currently working within a commercial construction and or fit out / refurb environment. This role will see you expand your customer service skills and help maintain and develop relationships with your clients and identifying opportunities to offer our customers alternative solutions to meet their needs.

To be interviewed for this opportunity you will have:-

* Project Estimation experience within a retail and or low rise commercial market.
* An excellent phone manner together with strong follow through skills.
* Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite.
* Exceptional numerical ability and attention to detail with reporting tender management
* Excellent time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
* Exposure to or experience in the use of Estimating Systems and processes
