Training Coordinator

The Horizon Alliance is a collaboration between QR and the Department of Transport and Main Roads, John Holland Group, GHD Pty Ltd and KBR Pty Ltd to deliver significant projects for the South East Queensland Infrastructure Plan and Program.

The Darra to Springfield Transport Corridor Project is focused on the design, management and construction of road and public transport links to service the growing Greater Springfield area.

You will be responsible for coordinating all Learning & Development activities across the alliance, including apprentice, trainee and cadet coordination, graduate and vacation student management, general L&D coordination, compliance reporting & record maintenance to ensure we meet legal and government requirements, and sourcing resources to support identified initiatives.

Experience working with apprentices, trainees and cadets and knowledge of the 10% training policy within the construction industry will be highly regarded.

This is a hands on role that would suit someone who is organised, proactive and confident liaising with people at all levels within the business. Based at Richlands, this role is a full time project based appointment. Travel to our office in Red Hill will be required.
