SPRAY SEAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

HAYSConstruction & Property Spray Seal Operations Manager - Melbourne This client, a market leader in the road construction industry, operates in most Australian states and territories and is seeking an experienced Spray Seal Manager for its Victorian operation. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the spray seal operation. It is essential that you have extensive spray experience and are capable of hands-on operational management. Ideally, you will have had profit responsibility for a spray business and managing all business aspects. You will have relevant and significant Australian bitumen spray experience, preferably in the Victorian climate. You will be able to demonstrate a drive to improve and grow existing operations, and in doing so, relate well with crew and customers. This client is passionate about safety and you will have a key role in safety leadership in the business.
