Our client is an international E&P company with an established portfolio focused on Africa and the Middle East. Recently acquired by a top 10 Fortune 500 company, they are poised for substantial growth over the next 5 years.

They look to appoint an Engineering Manager who will support the Facilities Engineering department through delivering high performance asset integrity to the company’s field and plant operations.

Based in Gabon and leading a department of multi-disciplinary engineers, this individual will provide technical expertise and oversee the design, construction and commissioning of facilities and infrastructure projects. One of the key objectives will be to drive forward a structured, gated system approach to project execution activities in Gabon.

The successful appointee will have a relevant Engineering degree qualification (e.g. Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Structural etc) and considerable experience in the Oil & Gas industry. He/she will have experience in the preparation of feasibility, conceptual, FEED and DD packages. French Language skills are required and West Africa experience would also be highly regarded.
